TR Invest’s newest project, Mega Şaşmaz, is located on a 46-decare land in Şaşmaz industrial site. It is in the closest part of Şaşmaz to Umutköy, just at the bottom of Çubuk Stream. There is a direct connection to the project both through the infallible and the main road; It stands out as the most comfortable location, away from the clutter of Şaşmaz.

As its name suggests, MEGA Şaşmaz stands out as the largest auto industry project in Ankara. In this gigantic project consisting of 540 independent sections, there are shops and offices suitable for every business line in different square meters from 16 square meters to 1,000 square meters. MEGA Şaşmaz is a complex project in the concept of a shopping mall; There are service areas such as auto-repair, auto-gallery, spare parts, food and beverage areas, auto expertise, notary public and bank.

MEGA Şaşmaz has a 3-storey architecture designed in the concept of a shopping mall. There are roads on all floors where vehicles can easily travel between the blocks. It has 3 separate ground floors, namely Ground Floor – Middle Floor and Lower Floor. There is direct entry and exit to each floor.

The ceiling heights of the shops vary between 6 and 8.5 meters, and they have the possibility of a mezzanine floor.

In the project, we can pay 50% down payment and the rest within our own structure.
