Çiğdem, which is one of the oldest districts of Ankara where the project land is located, draws attention as a region which is away from the chaos of the city but not detached from the center. As one of the rare neighborhoods where neighborhood culture continues, it is the first choice of many people who want to have qualified housing. The project was carried out to create a livable environment and a healthy building stock thanks to the establishment of flexible relations between Ankara climate, its nature, employer demands, user needs, land, environmental data, architectural elements and materials, architect-engineer requests for participation in various scales of the project and many such inputs.

Located in a dense green texture while aiming to preserve the existing green integrity to give a positive value to the city and to create a qualified natural environment, focuses on the user with its functional interior solutions. The land surrounded by the Hacettepe forests and the METU forests, which we can call the green heart of Ankara city center, offers the user a unique visual experience by evaluating the Söğütözü landscape as an important input in the design.

Designed as 4 separate blocks, including basement, ground floor and 15 residential floors, the project has a height of 51.40 m. There are 377 flats in the project that is consists of 3 + 1 flats with a net area of 138 m² / 125 m² and 2 + 1 flats with a net area of 65,00 m² /80.00 m². According to the requirements of the user even after the application, the user is allowed to re-interpret and personalize the spaces with plans that give flexibility to variations like 4+1 and 5+1. As well as allowing changes that can meet the user’s quantitative expectations, the stipulated modularity has been produced / derived from the themes of production-space-belonging.

The positioning of the blocks in the terrain which four sides surrounded by park, has been functionalized and a scenario that allows more green and social areas has been created. Each flat in the blocks, which are positioned so as not to interrupt each other’s view and light, makes maximum use of daylight and landscape.

The proposed green courtyard among the blocks positioned in accordance with the topography serves as a public area for the city. The continuity and permeability of access was ensured with the arrangements related to general and private uses were physically related. The green area between the blocks that maintain the continuity of the surrounding green system is supported by the water, as an element that is arranged in different levels in harmony with the slope of the land, providing separator and visual richness.

It is aimed to establish permanent bonds with rational solutions between today’s technological, social, and economic reality in many subjects such as settlement form, the combination of housing blocks and housing units, interior solutions of residences, open and closed area arrangements, architectural design, architectural material, and detailing.

سيجديم، التي تعد واحدة من أقدم أحياء أنقرة حيث تقع أرض المشروع، تلفت الانتباه باعتبارها منطقة بعيدة عن فوضى المدينة، ولكنها غير منفصلة عن وسط المدينة. باعتبارها واحدة من الأحياء النادرة حيث تستمر ثقافة الحي، فهي الخيار الأول للعديد من الأشخاص الذين يرغبون في الحصول على سكن مؤهل. تم تنفيذ المشروع لإنشاء بيئة صالحة للعيش ومخزون بناء صحي بفضل إقامة علاقات مرنة بين مناخ أنقرة وطبيعته ومتطلبات صاحب العمل واحتياجات المستخدم والأرض والبيانات البيئية والعناصر والمواد المعمارية وطلبات المهندس المعماري لـ المشاركة في مختلف مقاييس المشروع والعديد من هذه المدخلات

يقع في نسيج أخضر كثيف بينما يهدف إلى الحفاظ على السلامة الخضراء الحالية لإعطاء قيمة إيجابية للمدينة وخلق بيئة طبيعية مؤهلة، ويركز على المستخدم بحلوله الداخلية العملية. توفر الأرض التي تحيط بها غابات. والتي يمكن أن نسميها القلب الأخضر لمركز مدينة أنقرة، للمستخدم تجربة بصرية فريدة من خلال تقييم المناظر الطبيعية في كمدخل مهم في التصميم

تم تصميم المشروع على شكل 4 كتل منفصلة، بما في ذلك الطابق السفلي والأرضي و15 طابقًا سكنيًا، ويبلغ ارتفاع المشروع 51.40 مترًا. هناك 377 شقة في المشروع تتكون من 3 + 1 شقق بمساحة صافية 138 متر مربع / 125 متر مربع وشقق 2 + 1 بمساحة صافية 65.00 متر مربع / 80.00 متر مربع. وفقًا لمتطلبات المستخدم حتى بعد التطبيق، يُسمح للمستخدم بإعادة تفسير المساحات وإضفاء الطابع الشخصي عليها بخطط تعطي مرونة للتغيرات مثل 4 + 1 و5 + 1. بالإضافة إلى السماح بالتغييرات التي يمكن أن تلبي التوقعات الكمية للمستخدم، فقد تم إنتاج / اشتقاق الوحدة النمطية المنصوص عليها من موضوعات الإنتاج والانتماء إلى الفضاء

تم تفعيل وضع الكتل في التضاريس التي تحيط بها أربعة جوانب من المنتزه، وتم إنشاء سيناريو يسمح بمزيد من المناطق الخضراء والاجتماعية. كل شقة في الكتل، والتي يتم وضعها بحيث لا تقاطع رؤية وضوء بعضها البعض، تحقق أقصى استفادة من ضوء النهار والمناظر الطبيعية

الفناء الأخضر المقترح بين الكتل الموضوعة وفقًا للطبوغرافيا يخدم كمنطقة عامة للمدينة. تم ضمان استمرارية ونفاذية الوصول مع الترتيبات المتعلقة بالاستخدامات العامة والخاصة المرتبطة ماديًا. المنطقة الخضراء بين الكتل التي تحافظ على استمرارية النظام الأخضر المحيط مدعومة بالمياه، كعنصر يتم ترتيبه على مستويات مختلفة في تناغم مع منحدر الأرض، مما يوفر ثراءً بصريًا وفاصلًا
